Experience Our Premium Coffee

The organization of coffee producers "la cumbre" is proudly established in the region of Chicomuselo, and Siltepec Chiapas, Mexico. we are a socially responsible cooperative society which brings together around 500 smallholder coffee farmers from the soconusco region, a land with a deeply rooted coffee-growing tradition passed down through generations, and with whom we collaborate selling directly from the producers under strict fair-trade practices, allowing us to offer our special quality coffee at a very competitive Price.

Production and Quality

Our coffee is grown at altitudes between 1300 and 1800 meters above sea level in the Siltepec highlands, mountain of Chiapas, obtaining a balanced coffee with a quality cupping score of 83–85 points according to the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards, result of an artisanal prepared process. This small-scale, family-centered farming approach ensures exceptional quality and consistency in every harvest.

These characteristics, combined with an attractive price, make our premium coffee –commonly known as gourmet– indisputably one of the best.
